French Commander control/pillowfort/hate

My strategy is to set up my pillowfort, control the board/upset my opponent's tempo regardless of what im up against.

The plan is to abuse the extra draw off of monarch to keep my hand full of answers...and boy howdy do these colors have answers, but more importantly...they have so much hate:

Rest in Peace / Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet hoses a litany of combos, recursion, and storm strategies that are present in all commander formats

Torpor Orb stops brago dead, makes quite a few relevant creatures vanilla instead, as long as I get to cast Queen Marchesa to get monarch into play before playing this, there is no downside for me.

Hallowed Moonlight stops Genesis Wave, Chord of Calling, reanimated creatures, token swarms, but most importantly it stops Iona, Shield of Emeria from being cheated in, I feel she is the biggest threat to my setup.

Praetor's Grasp / Seek are to ideally remove Blightsteel Colossus, eldrazi titans or Iona, Shield of Emeria from the game before they become problems or get combo'd out.

Batwing Brume and Rakdos Charm to turn the tables on token decks

Deflecting Palm and Backlash to hose big beefy alpha strike problem children

I have SOOOO much exile based removal that I can pretty comfortably handle most other creatures

New to the meta, looking for advice and recommendations. Thank you for reading, primer to come after I throw this together and test it.
