Seems like an extremely fun brew with a lot of synergy :)
Just have a few recommendations:
Rings of Brighthearth lets you double vona's removal without hemorrhaging too much life (you only pay the 7 original life and double the effect). Pricey, but just integrated it into my Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim edh deck and double exiling has been extremely satisfying
Archangel of Thune seems like it would help build up your army and your life buffer with ease. It just got reprinted so it finally has dropped in price.
Rhox Faithmender could provide a fat blocking butt early game and supplement your lifegain substantially
Sublime Archangel a pet card I try sneaking into most orzhov brews just because of how punchy and aggressive it is early/mid game.
Finally, Nim Deathmantle lets you utterly abuse your etb's (namely Sun Titan and Kokusho, the Evening Star) by essentially being a 1 card recursion engine, so long as you have the mana to use with it.

Trade Secrets is proving extremely useful, need to test in multiplayer but it feels right

Identity Thief does some silly things but is a dead draw about half the time.

competitive multiplayer or 1v1? Derevi is banned in French as far as I know

Identity Thief gonna test this tricksy beauty and see if it measures up, can remove non etb problem children on the opponent's battlefield while making himself a big booty, can enable flicker abuse of my own creatures or even temporarily make himself a Cackling Counterpart abuser.
Just seems fun and wild enough to work while making games varied and reactive. Should make big booty aggro decks think twice before playing something that I could abuse and lets me punch back.

Gonna be swapping between Search for Azcanta Flip, Bribery, and Spitting Image in the Craterhoof Behemoth slot to see which I prefer. Hoofta has been a dead draw for awhile or a win more when he's relevant

direct budget swaps that are better most of the time.
I would say your curve is a tad high (average 4.03 atm, even with over 100 this is problematic). Depending on the speed of your meta you will get left behind on experience counters and setup if you can't play anything. So more value 2 drops and 3 drops will smooth the deck out.
I would also recommend Shadowborn Demon quite heavily in any meren deck. Surprise catch most kill with a slow sac outlet in a pinch (with a 5/6 flying body when you are adequately set up).
A question you want to ask yourself while cutting/swapping with this deck is: What do I want my mid/late game to look like?
Do you want fatty beats? (Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, etc)
Is this deck focused more on multiplayer amongst friends, store multiplayer, or 1v1?

have you considered Avatar of Discord for this brew?
Either way this is an extremely fun looking build, my buddies might be getting back into modern. If they do I might throw this together, since I have all of these lying around.

The stars aligned:
Bounced everyone's lands (tapped to store about 5 unused mana on papa), went through combat, 2nd main I played a forest, played Azusa, dropped 3 more lands.
next turn 7 lands out to their 1
next turn 11 lands to their 2
Felt so good and so dirty at the same time. I ended up just using my excess mana to pump with rhonas and left counter mana open until I won 2 turns later.
