I had a lot of difficulty with this deck initially. After looking for some help Beebles gave me some perspective that helped me come up with a final list.

The idea is fairly simple; Ramp & self mill to enable very cheap and easy recursion options to go wide with Tormod's ability. Any and all suggestions are welcome the deck is definitely not finished, this is just a first draft that will take significant play testing.
