With Sliver Queen as a general, I have access to all 5 colors and a cheap token generator. Granted, she does make sliver tokens so I have a few key slivers to get the most out of my tokens. Nothing too over-the-top.
I use my tokens for mainly sacrificing to trigger different abilities for different effects. Best way to get started?

Sliver Queen + Dormant Sliver + Ashnod's Altar = Win
- Why? I can draw infinite cards with this. I would never play this combo without leaving one blue mana open. Play Training Grounds for infinite colorless mana. Drop the Phyrexian Altar for infinite colored mana. Drop my deck on the field for fun and after playing Cyclonic Rift.
Sliver Queen + Ashnod's Altar + Blood Artist = Win
- Why? Infinite sacs for infinite Blood Artist triggers
Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes = Infinite mana & Infinite tokens

Sliver Queen + Necrotic Sliver + Training Grounds = ?
- Why? Because it means: "Destroy target permanent for (2)."
