This deck started out as my Daretti, Scrap Savant deck, but when Strixhaven came out I couldn't resist building an Osgir, the Reconstructor deck because of the insane value he generates. This deck does not have any infinite combos intentionally, though you could easily add them if that's how you'd like to play. Instead of combos, this decks works to generate so much value that you overwhelm your opponent and then win through combat damage or, if you get lucky, a Hellkite Tyrant trigger.

So value. Here are some cards that, when used in conjunction with Osgir, the Reconstructor, make a ton of tokens. Battlemage's Bracers is a key card for this deck, both giving Osgir, the Reconstructor haste and allowing us to double-up his ability for 1 extra mana. Similarly, Rings of Brighthearth allows us to double up as well, though this time for 2. Using these, you can easily get 4 or 6 token copies of any artifact that you grab out of your graveyard. Magewright's Stone and Thousand-Year Elixir also allow us to use Osgir, the Reconstructor's ability more than once a turn, though not on the same target.

As far as targets go for Osgir, the Reconstructor, there are a number of good hits. Solemn Simulacrum is just all-around good, especially if you get three or more. Combustible Gearhulk gives us beaters and draws cards or mills cards, either way we're gaining card advantage on our opponents. Mishra's Bauble let's us draw 2 extra cards with Osgir, the Reconstructor for 0 mana, and Arcum's Astrolabe lets us do the same for 1 mana. Ancient Den, Great Furnace, and Rustvale Bridge all give us two lands out of our graveyard for 0 mana, giving us additional access to land ramp in Boros. Mycosynth Wellspring and Ichor Wellspring take advantage of both ETB and death triggers, which gets crazy when you start making multiple copies. And finally, who can forget Wurmcoil Engine, which loves being sacrificed and recurred.

Other value engines in the deck other than Osgir, the Reconstructor are Goblin Engineer, Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer, Daretti, Scrap Savant, and Feldon of the Third Path all love artifacts going in and out of the graveyard, and they offer us some redundancy for our commander.

As for some spicy tech, I like to run Tibalt's Trickery for that unexpected mono-red counterspell. Pull from Eternity allows us to use Osgir, the Reconstructor's ability on one artifact more than once when we return it from exile. Wheel of Misfortune is a fun (and cheap) alternative to Wheel of Fortune and lets us fill our graveyard for a little life. Ruin Grinder also does some of the same while also providing additional beaters for combat. Reckless Fireweaver will also trigger often from this deck and generate a lot of damage to our opponents if left unanswered.
