Sideboard

Innistrad Block 3 rolled around and I wanted to make a Vampires deck, went with Elenda and didn't pull much Orhzov Vampire tribal. I started around Ixalan so I'm happy to do some Dusk Legion flavor.

Plan and Win Con

The main plan is to get Elenda on the field and have her start looking at people die and get big. Set up sac engines, tribal anthems, and blood artists and then these are the ways you win.

  1. Elenda Commander Damage
  2. Flood the board with Vampire tokens
  3. Blood Artist drain triggers
  4. Nuke people with Aetherflux Reservoir

Sorins are in the deck to do various things beyond flavor, such as making vampires, and draining, doing 30 damage to people with a -3

There are a lot of undying effects so you can have Elenda die, giving you your tokens, and then she comes back, it's very useful to protect her while also allowing her to make tokens and still be on board. Another thing you can do with undying effects is based on how the ordering of death triggers works, you can have her come back before any other triggers happen. For example, if you had Grave Pact on board and you Feign Death and sacrifice Elenda she would die, make however many tokens, come back from Feign Death, then the Grave Pact trigger happens, so she can then get counters from your opponents sacrificing to Grave Pact.

Comments and Criticisms are welcome, it's not optimal but it's also kind of a fluffy list.
