New Blood
Sorcery
As an additional cost to cast New Blood, tap an untapped Vampire you control.
Gain control of target creature. Change the text of that creature by replacing all instances of one creature type with Vampire.

Dark Ritual into Entomb into Reanimate is OG Legacy. I get it... But this is EDH. Sure we have more life to play with but I don't think it is better. 1. Instant speed 2. Haste (in Orzhov!) 3. Deck has a sacrificing strategy which nullifies both "negatives" (the exile clause and what is on the top of your graveyard) 4. Forever in your hand

Blood Tribute/New Blood too gimmicky?

Cambi che io farei:
Ghoulish Procession --> Demand Answers
Cut/Ribbons --> Sorin's Vengeance
Rakdos Charm --> New Blood
Jadar --> Dark Petition
Poppet Stitcher --> boh, Mana Geyser?

New Blood Blood Tribute Arterial Flow might be useful alongside your commander.
Slaughter reusable destruction/trigger
Blighted Fen another trigger
Scarblade Elite not sure if there are enough assassins but it's a cool card.

New Blood is a fun and flavorful card and one can dream of pulling your given example out xD. But yeah, that card can help me disable my opponents' commander and steal scary creatures (my meta consists of decks which can cheat in fat scary creatues) so it is fair to keep that one. Vampire Nocturnus is a gamble, and us Magic players already have a severe gambling addiction. I have Viscera Seer, Bolas's Citadel, Forerunner of the Legion, Florian, Voldaren Scion and simple card draw to help me manipulate my top deck. It is risky but also highly rewarding, giving your tokens a big buff and making them evasive. I am probably gonna cut Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, since it is not a vampire and not that synergistic.
Really appreciate your input!

The best part of stealing an Utvara Hellkite with New Blood would be the flavor text changing to "The fear of VAMPIRES is as old and as powerful as the fear of death itself".
Ok... so maybe it's the fact that his ability would read "Whenever a Vampire you control attacks, create a 6/6 red Vampire creature token with flying" but I'm still amused by the flavor text.

Glad someone took notice of this guy, seems decent on paper! Vampiric Tutor or even Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire might be decent in a deck that wants to attack and manipulate the top deck. Varragoth opens up some sneaky plays with Opposition Agent, where you can simply exile a combo piece from an opponent's deck by targeting them with boast ability. Maze of Ith would also allow you to negate your varragoth attack keeping him safe. Maybe not cEDH viable but New Blood and Blood Tribute both have kicker costs that can use your commanders vampire ability. Also thinking of Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick. And theres always Hatred or Unspeakable Symbol even Vial Smasher the Fierce

thanks for the feedback I used your advise to alter the deck. I also came across a few more options for the deck. Would Cliffhaven Vampire be a good substitution for Epicure of Blood ? And can the cards Pitiless Pontiff and Etchings of the Chosen be of any use? I also want to get a commbination of the following cards of around 10 euros: Merciless Eviction 1.16, True Conviction 1.15, Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet 3.10, Olivia Voldaren 2.31, Kindred Boon 2.00, Captivating Vampire 5.00, Patron of the Vein 6.82, New Blood 3.50, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose 4.50. Which ones should I go for?

To get super technical, mana abilities (those that add mana) can be used when casting a spell during 601.2g:
601.2g If the total cost includes a mana payment, the player then has a chance to activate mana abilities (see rule 605, "Mana Abilities"). Mana abilities must be activated before costs are paid.
at which point the mana just floats in your pool for a moment before getting to 601.2h when you actually pay the costs:
601.2h The player pays the total cost in any order. Partial payments are not allowed. Unpayable costs can't be paid.
This order gets important with improvise and gold, you have to add mana (by sacrificing) before paying costs (by tapping). Tapping an artifact for improvise is the same as paying a non-mana cost (like tapping a vampire for New Blood ) except that it actually pays the mana cost. There are 3 keywords that work this way: Convoke, Improvise, and Delve. None of them actually add mana. K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth also works this way, which is slightly different from phyrexian mana (again, super technical).
