This is an in-progress build for a casual commander deck I've been tweaking in my play group. The idea here is simple: make everything hurt. While not quite a Group Slug, I really wanted to focus on the ridiculous amount of card draw and hand-cycling Nekusar The Man Himself likes to play with, while providing just enough pillowforting and answers to threats to keep myself smiling about every draw while the other commanders dread it.

The idea here is to burn through your opponents in whatever way happens fastest, whether that's milling, indirect damage, or even poison counters (Nekusar, the Mindrazer + Phyresis ) - Nekusar is an equal-opportunity torturer, after all. That said, I still strive for a healthy amount of synergy among the deck. It's not that you're choosing to mill or damage, it's that you're doing both and don't particularly care which one murders your opponent.

Board wipes, hand discard, and a bit of pillowforting keep you in control, while artifacts like Lightning Greaves and Whispersilk Cloak help keep Ol' Neky on the field, handing out cards like delicious, cyanide hard candies.

I'm VERY open to suggestions, as I tend to throw a bunch of fun stuff into the same pot and then take to pruning and tweaking. I'd say my biggest weakness in deckbuilding is balancing my mana, so opinions there are particularly appreciated.
