Thought Dissector, while hardly the most efficient card, fits both the mill and steal theme of Dimir. It’s one of the cards I run in my Torture! deck, for theme and flavor. +1 for the deck - your personal enjoyment of it really shows through!

How about Sands of Delirium, Thought Dissector or any other Millstone style effect? Codex Shredder has the recursion possibility also. Mindcrank, Mesmeric Orb, Trepanation Blade, and Sword of Body and Mind don't cost lots of Mana to keep using repeatedly.

A fun list idea!

You might want to try Sepulchral Primordial, Puppeteer Clique and Cemetery Puca.

Telemin Performance and Thought Dissector are some more obtuse mill options. You might be able to have fun with Tunnel Vision as well.

Finally Psychic Intrusion might be fun for nabbing any discarded card you fancy!

I was thinking of ways to control what Tariel could "summon". There are a few eldrazi that could put exiled cards back into a graveyard if things got exiled but that seems like you'd have to change a lot to get a bunch of exile effects. Maybe a card to exile wimpy creatures from your opponents graveyard so you have a better chance of getting stronger creatures? Withered Wretch, Nezumi Graverobber or Cemetery Reaper

Also, possibly Thought Dissector or Sands of Delirium?

It seems to me that you want things like Muse Vessel, Shared Fate, and maybe Thought Dissector. You might also try something funny with Bottled Cloister depending on what you want to do.

Wizened Snitches, Dakra Mystic, or Thought Dissector. That's the best your gonna get without having Lantern of Insight.
