Typical storm deck being built in commander. Cast Kess, Dissident Mage and use utility spells such as Ponder and Brainstorm. Deck is built by yours truly, and has an infinite lock with Isochron Scepter + Mana Drain . The lock is made possible with Paradox Engine and any mana rock such as Sol Ring or Mana Crypt. Another way to win using Isochron Scepter would be to imprint something like Dark Ritual or a card that wouldn't allow you to deck yourself with for infinite storm count.
