This deck is really good. So good that I sometimes feel guilty playing it. So good that when you do play it, it's going to be you vs. everyone else, most likely. Narset is unbelievably powerful as a commander and this deck aims to maximize her ability. Pillow Fort provides protection, and Narset does all the heavy lifting. Only 32 lands, but it seems to do pretty well after the Partial Paris redraw, in which you keep everything but the lands, mana rocks and maybe 1 other card if it is going to help you right away (i.e. Brainstorm). In total it has 41 mana sources, adding lands and rocks, so it's not as short as it may seem. The rocks are of great help as they help you ramp into Narset, and they are also free to play with her ability. I skipped out on the higher costing rocks, like Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo but I might add them, as people like to blow Narset up often, so after 2 or 3 times you might need that extra mana, although i'd probably go with Mana Vault, and Grim Monolith over the 2 mentioned earlier, because the goal in this deck is to get Narset on the board and attacking, so you can get more and more combat phases and extra turns.
