By gaming the system, I was able to create a deck that has a solid 100% competitive rating. I started with LabManiac_Dan's List of core CEDH cards and subtracted from there until I got to 100 cards. I figured that the cards with less financial value would score lower on whatever metrics Tappedout used to judge competitiveness and started subtracting there. This results in a very interesting deck that I absolutely DO NOT recommend playing under any circumstance. Notable anti-synergies include:

• General Tazri with no Food Chain, Eternal Scourge, Misthollow Griffin, or even any Allies.
• A reanimation package of Buried Alive, Entomb, Reanimate, Necromancy, and Intuition with no good reanimation targets (I guess you could get Laboratory Maniac?)
• Doomsday with none of the typical pieces that you would see in the average Doomsday pile - no Gush,Gitaxian Probe, Predict, Unearth, etc. Only piles with Timetwister or Time Spiral as the opener are possible.
• Storm focused cards like Paradox Engine and Yawgmoth's Will in the same deck as storm hate cards like Sphere of Resistance and Ethersworn Canonist.
• Isochron Scepter with no Dramatic Reversal.
• Power Artifact+Grim Monolith with no outlet for infinite colorless mana in the same deck as Null Rod.
• Survival of the Fittest with only 12 creatures, most of which are mana dorks.
• Merchant Scroll with only 8 blue instants, none of which are High Tide.
• Priest of Titania with only 4 elves, including itself and Elvish Spirit Guide.
• Volcanic Island and Steam Vents with no red cards.
• No way to break parity on any of the stax pieces.
• The only clear win condition in the deck is Laboratory Maniac+Tainted Pact.
