So here is my take on a Phenax mill deck. This deck is going try to take extended turns by tapping your mana rocks in artifacts, cause you to draw multiple times per turn via paradox engine, temple bell. At the beginning of turn by the use of Howling Mine, Font of Mythos.

To win you basically, want to mill out your opponents what this deck should be able to do. You could use blue sun zenith to mill out an opponent or use blue sun zenith on yourself in order to get laboratory maniac and use brainstorm to draw cards for the win.

I do plan on upgrading cards in this deck but only after playing it for a while as is. Currently not playing this deck due to not having all the pieces. But stay up for updates as I will be focusing on this deck and building it up here in the coming months.
