Tergrid, God of Fright   has a bad reputation and people often don't want to play against her. I built this deck specifically to not frustrate/annoy opponents but still be really good.

The goal is to make all players draw tons of cards but then discard many of them, filling our battlefield with permanents we stole from opponents.

Get them to draw with Font of Mythos, Howling Mine, Otherworld Atlas, Temple Bell, etc and prevent top decking via Ghirapur Orrery. We have a decent amount of tutors so we can reliably get a card draw engine going.

Have opponents discard a decent amount of what they draw via Liliana of the Veil, Necrogen Mists, Oppression, Painful Quandary, Stronghold Rats, etc.

This deck tries to win by overwhelming opponents with permanents we steal right out of their hands or by discard damage using Megrim, Bloodchief Ascension, Court of Ambition, etc.

Any recommendations are appreciated. Especially if you know of additional cards that can supply extra card draw every turn.
