Henrika Domnathi
Legendary Creature — Vampire
Flying
at the beginning of combat on your turn, choose one that hasn't been chosen —
- Each player sacrifices a creature.
- You draw a card and you lose 1 life.
- Transform this.

Stromkirk Captain, Dusk Legion Zealot, or Cemetery Gatekeeper over Sanguinary Mage. Also Vampire of the Dire Moon is good too. Henrika Domnathi Flip might fit in here. Your mana base is weird, but that's just my opinion. :)
Fatal Push, Infernal Grasp, Cast Down, Terminate, Dreadbore for other removal suggestions.

My own mono-black vampire deck needs a good tune up. Some recent cards I've been keeping an eye on:
Bloodletter of Aclazotz is fresh off the presses, and black has a strong Standard presence right now, so this one has a premium price tag, but I think it's going to be worth it.
Nighthawk Scavenger can get beefy fast. Very good recovery card if you start to slip behind.
Henrika Domnathi Flip is a more midrange/control option, but keeps pressure on.
Slaughter Specialist is cheap aggro that should grow fast.
Sorin the Mirthless is more of a thematic option, but extra draw and bodies are always nice.
Some non-Vampire options:
Virtue of Persistence is clean removal and long game support. Probably a sideboard card, but a potentially valuable one.
Diabolic Intent got a reprint.
So midrange is probably still the best angle to take with mono-B Vampires. Early game removal and discard, mid- to late-game heavy pressure.

Hey, nice version with Vamp flavor and good overall gameplay plan.
Seize the Spoils and Unexpected Windfall are nice loot effects because they also make treasure ramp for Olivia. Viscera Seer and Falkenrath Aristocrat can be helpful Vamps as a sac outlets that can protect your Vamps from being exiled when you longer control a legendary Vamp. Falkenrath with flying is Vamp to reanimate with Olivia. In response to your last legendary Vamp being removed sac all your Vamps putting them into your graveyard to avoid being exiled to then be reanimated by Olivia. A Vamp sac outlet also combos with Olivia + Port Razer for infinite attacks.
A sac outlet with Butcher of Malakir can wreck your opponents creatures since she triggers whenever she dies or any other creature you control dies. To keep reanimating her with Olivia and Butcher is an excellent Vamp to want to reanimate having flying and 5/4 p/t.
Chaos Warp and Feed the Swarm are important removal spells in Rakdos because they can removal an enchantment especially Ghostly Prison/Propaganda effects that will bring your game plan to a halt. I know you're going for Vamp flavor, but you might want some support creatures for repeatable effects since Olivia can reanimate them. Meteor Golem can destroy any nonland permanent. Vile Entomber can be a repeatable Entomb since Olivia can reanimate it.
If interested in any of these suggestions then here's some cards to consider cutting: Pillar of Origins, Profane Command, Sengir, the Dark Baron, Vein Drinker, Arterial Alchemy, Henrika Domnathi Flip, Markov Enforcer, Sinister Waltz.
Good luck with your deck.

Update:
Cuts are as follows
Minus:
Wasteland why: Im running Strip Mine and crucible in black still only means one land so I only need one instance of this interaction
K'rrik, Son of Ywagmoth why: better ways to "accelerate" that also aren't so lethal, also I have included better instances of smoothing the mana base in that this card in no longer relevant
Whip of Erebos why: slow, often removed, underwhelming
Gate to Phyrexia why: never saw use, took up space in hands to ofter or when on field saw little use
Culling the Weak why: see k'rrik
Hellish Rebuke why: underwhelming and generates little value
Addtions:
Jet Medallion why: Mana Acceleration
Moonsilver Key Why: Curve Smoothing
Innocent Blood Why: Efficient Removal
Myriad Landscape why: Curve Smoothing
Henrika Domnathi Flip Why: great interaction with the deck as well as controls board well, offers an alternative to Wrankle or another instance of similar effects
Dying to Serve Why: token generator that works well with Opposition and other global discard effects
Future Thoughts:
I'm looking to cut the Op Agent and Maralen Combo, i'm considering the Geth's Grimoire + Words of Waste combo in place of it. still looking for some instances of mana smoothing in black Burnished Hart comes to mind. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Woh quite a lot of new vampires, sadly many are with the Blood Token mechanics, and as I don't want to change my deck too much there aren't really much of a point to include them, but I did found place for 4 new vampires:
+1 Edgar, Charmed Groom
Flip
+1 Henrika Domnathi
Flip
+1 Olivia, Crimson Bride
+1 Welcoming Vampire
-1 Vampire Nighthawk
-1 Bloodlord of Vaasgoth
-1 Necropolis Regent
-1 Zagras, Thief of Heartbeats
Comments\suggestions are always welcomed, trying to update this deck from time to time along my other decks.

Hey, you're welcome.
You want to sac Master of Cruelties before your next turn because then your next turn you can attack with Olivia and reanimate Master which again bypasses his has to attack alone. If you don't sac Master then you can't attack with him and Olivia since he can only attack alone after that. By sacing Master and repeatedly reanimating him with Olivia he becomes much more of a threat, taking out one opponent each attack, to win the game.
Another reason to play sac outlets is to sac a creature in response to it being exiled because you don't control a legendary Vampire. If you sac the creature it goes to your graveyard instead of being exiled thus you can reanimate it again with Olivia. This is pretty a important/no mana cost way to prevent your creatures from being exiled. I like Falkenrath Aristocrat a lot as a sac outlet with Olivia because when you reanimate her with Olivia she ETB attacking which flying helps with. Seasoned Pyromancer is a Human which gives extra interaction with Aristocrat as a sac outlet.
Creatures with ETB effects are nice to sac after reanimating with Olivia since then you can reanimate them again and get the ETB effect again. Seasoned Pyromancer is one example since it's only a 2/2 which means opponents can just ignore it attacking/doing damage to them. You're not playing Pyromancer to attack, you're playing him for his ETB ability which Olivia can abuse with a sac outlet.
If budget is such a concern then you could cut Henrika Domnathi Flip to add Buried and Drana since each of these cards will do more than Henrika. Henrika's drawback with Olivia is she triggers at beginning of combat and that phase has already happened when you reanimate her with Olivia. Drana on the other hand triggers when she does combat damage to an opponent which is after you reanimate her with Olivia. Rakshasa Debaser is another card that could be cut even though it's a Demon because it only triggers when it's declared as an attacker which that phase has already happened when you reanimate him with Olivia.
Bond of Revival, Go for the Throat and Mask of Avacyn are cards to consider cutting for the indestructible cards. The four other sorcery reanimation spells here are better than Revival. Mask is not as good as Boots or Cloak. Throat is not as good as the other removal spells.
