Zombie realness from the undead ice queen.

This is a pretty typical Esper zombie build with a snow subtheme, taking advantage of the best new zombie cards from Midnight Hunt and Crimson Vow. To build this deck, I started with the Wilhelt precon, swapped the commander for a Varina, Lich Queen I had laying around, and made it Esper. Relatively little of the precon is left now!

I'm not really looking for suggestions on zombies to add (I've been playing zombies for years and I know them all.) I'm more interested in hearing outside-the-box ways of adding synergy, making the deck run more smoothly, or silly win cons I haven't considered. If you suggest a card to add, it would be helpful if you also recommend something I should remove.

Flavor is a must, power is a plus.

I have an Undead Butler and Perpetual Timepiece that I would love to slot in, but I'm having a really hard time figuring out what to cut for them.

I haven't played Esper in EDH for a while, so any good tips are greatly appreciated!
