My first Esper Commander and I'm going for my first stax deck also!

Dakkon Blackblade stands alone in the vast field where moments ago hundreds stood...

Fighting an army is not done without preparation; Dakkon had known this since childhood, but only recently had that concept begun to truly make sense. Before Dakkon was an endless battlefield of unimaginable horrors, all walking straight into a field of traps... Nobody knew these lands better than Dakkon and that would be proven once again tonight.

Deck is focused on hitting every land drop to ensure a full scaling Dakkon while spending the early game playing enchantment stax pieces and slowing down the opponents. Once turn 6-7 comes, Dakkon Blackblade is out and swinging. By this time there should be several protection pieces in hand as Dakkon will be a kill on sight commander.

Deck is designed to swing in with Dakkon and use your spells to fight it out on the stack! Urza, Lord High Artificer + Winter Orb for late game control to close out games with a huge Dakkon!
