Cascade into slivers overpower and overwhelm. Point of the deck is to fix your colors early to play your commander as soon as possible, as soon as you do that you should be able to cascade into a good sliver if not one of your other spells that has utility. The average CMCX of this deck is very low and most of the slivers are in the 2-3 range. that will allow for relatively easy access to sol ring (cuz sol ring) and more importantly Sensei's top. top allows u to fix the top of ur deck to save the cards you would like to draw instead of cascade that would be your removal most of the time or some of your key artifacts like coat of arms and vanquishers banner. having zero mana spells like mana crypt would be nice because I can actually cascade into something when I cast a 1 or even a 2 CMC sliver late game. Might include an eldrazi titan to avoid being milled out and get some more cascade triggers ready to go.
