I'm surprised by your playtest results, Zungry. With only 8 finishers - 12 if you count Proud Wildbonder, removal should be very effective. In my playtesting I've had lots of runs where I get lots of elves, lands, and instants, but no big guys. If I had to count on two or three of them getting countered or killed, I think I'd be a very unhappy camper.

If you're using trample creatures, you should definitely run Stonebrow, Krosan Hero. Proud Wildbonder is good too. Boartusk Liege and Deus of Calamity are cool big Gruul fatties.

Well, if we're going to look at the rules and draw our own conclusion; from the official commander website:

"A card’s colour identity is its color plus the colour of any mana symbols in the card’s rules text. A card’s color identity is established before the game begins, and cannot be changed by game effects. The cards in a deck may not have any colours in their color identity which are not in the colour identity of the deck’s commander."

So a Proud Wildbonder should not be allowed in a Rakdos deck, because the cards in a Rakdos deck may not be green. Clear as day. Allowing hybrid mana cards in off-color decks violates the definition of color identity in the most unintuitive way. Loch Dragon is clearly a card that's both blue and red, intuitively, the blue prevents it from being included in a Neheb, the Worthy deck. Allowing it anyway would break the fundamental rule of commander deck building. Not in a gameplay way, I'm not afraid of broken combos being enabled by the change.

But if you'd have a peanut allergy, you wouldn't eat a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich, even though you love jelly.

Omniscience_is_life: "Try scrolling up on this very forum, friend." you greatly misunderstand what i said buddy. i'm talking about something like Proud Wildbonder being used in a rakdos deck. nobody here has actually advocated for that yet. at most, one person here mentioned that it's possible in 60 card formats, but that person did not say they believe it should be allowed in commander.

I like how the guy above this comment just casually strolls in and tells you to put in a bunch of moxen...

That said, warriors is one of my favorite tribes and I've made a ton of decks with them! Plus Najeela is such a badass commander! These are my suggestions that you haven't included and could serve as some better synergy with your deck than your non-warriors:

  • God-Eternal Oketra make huge 4/4 zombie warrior tokens on every warrior cast.

  • Oketra the True make warrior tokens and acts as a big beater itself.
  • Oketra's Monument tons and tons of warrior tokens.
  • Rush of Battle warrior themed overrun that gains you tons of life.
  • Herald of Anafenza gets bigger and makes warrior tokens at the same time.
  • Raiders' Spoils probably the best card draw you'll see for warrior tribal.
  • Gilt-Leaf Ambush elf warrior tokens with sometimes deathtouch.
  • Hunting Triad elf warrior tokens or modal +1/+1 counters.
  • Presence of Gond give a creature a tap for elf warrior token ability.
  • Lovisa Coldeyes more warrior lord buffs!
  • Obsidian Battle-Axe haste and auto-attach to warriors equipment!
  • Regna, the Redeemer and Krav, the Unredeemed act as a sac outlet and warrior token generation combo.
  • Lord Windgrace deck filtering, color fixing, and generation of a ton of cat warrior tokens
  • Great Hall of Starnheim gets you a 4/4 angel warrior token in a pinch
  • Base Camp cheap 5 color land for warriors
  • Starnheim Unleashed make a ton of 4/4 angel warrior tokens!
  • Emeria's Call  Flip make angel warrior tokens and give your non-angel warriors indestructible or make it a land
  • Ascent of the Worthy pretty fun tricks on this.
  • Firja's Retribution make a 4/4 angel warrior token and give angels destroy and double strike.
  • Battle for Bretagard make warrior tokens, then make copies.

    Have you considered one or two copies of Garruk's Uprising to give all your big creatures trample. It also combos pretty nicely with Proud Wildbonder and make Ram Through into a decent burn spell if they have any tokens.

    Proud Wildbonder - Seems too unimpactful for 4 mana

    Essence Warden - Whats the purpose of this?

    Beast Whisperer - Seems cool, I tried him in my build. Does he get a chance to stick around long enough to draw you atleast 2-3 cards?

    Ravager Wurm - Is this meta against maze of ith?

    Shivan Wurm - Reusing ETB effects or something I'm missing? Seems weak

    Voracious Cobra - Gosh this card brings back memories from my childhood. Curious how it's been for you, seems like a card they need to burn removal on if they want a chance of attacking you unless they go wide

    Windstorm - Meta?

    Unleash Fury < Berserk

    Fog - Meta, if so, why not get the new green fog that came out recently?

    Soul's Might - Return of the Wildspeaker would better serve you as you can draw cards in response to removal rather than your creature getting removed in response to might being cast.

    Ancient Tomb , Castle Garenbrig are ramp

    Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma - Trample and ramp

    Heroic Intervention - Protection

    Selvala, Heart of the Wilds - Ramp and draw

    The Great Henge , Somberwald Sage, Shaman of Forgotten Ways are all good ramp

    Inferno Titan - Removal

    Kogla, the Titan Ape - Removal

    Deflecting Swat - Utility! Counter counterspells, redirect targetted removal/draw/extra turns. Very powerful

    Rishkar's Expertise, Bonders' Enclave, Elder Gargaroth, Greater Good, Life's Legacy, are all amazing card draw options, especially greater good. Seriously, don't sleep on greater good

    I hope the suggestions werent too overwhelming, I just didn't see that much draw and I figured that adding more never hurts.
