Been getting back into commander after a couple of years hiatus, so I upgraded my previous Prossh deck. Playing mostly for fun and on a budget so am staying away from the Food Chains and Doubling Seasons.

Am mostly concerned about the decks average cmc, and what I suspect might be a lack of card draw and low cmc ramp.
