Sideboard

Competitive meta, realistic deck build. (no chains or abyss). tries to play against decks such as narset, teferi PW, teferi creature, elf-ball, and a lot of reanimator decks.

Goals: kill yourself, just make sure everyone else goes first. in depth later. grind out incremental value in the form of card advantage or tokens, and overrun with the hooves.

Drawbacks: "not fun"- become the archenemy more often than not. cards in the deck are hateful on their own, sometimes its helpful to hold back, and apply just enough prison to not be the target.

Strategies: when playing, reading your opponents is key to apply the right stax pieces. typical hands include 1 ramp, 1-2 lands, 1 tutor/draw, 1 stax peice, etc. goal is too ramp just ahead of opponent, apply stax, then try to grind out ahead.

perks of playing the deck: Nath as a commander is not as imposing as glissa, gitrog, or other BG stax. he is a fodder piece.

Curve is set up so that bob and tutelage are gimmicky and fun. 40 life is a lot of life, but against aggro/creature heavy decks, scooze and kalitas help you stabilize.
