Welcome to the 5 colour sacrifice oriented deck that DOESN'T rely on slivers, besides the Sliver Queen, to cause havoc amongst the table and ultimately lose a few friends and make plenty of enemies, since people will be expecting slivers and not a crazy deck focused on infinite sac. outlets.

How the deck works

Although having the Sliver Queen as the commander, this deck doesn't aim to flood the board with creatures that buff each other, because that would be boring in my opinion. We merely use the Queen's ability to produce tokens for sacrificing them for a means of powerful effects. This deck doesn't rely on flooding the board with tokens, it merely want them to sacrifice, also having too many tokens leaves you a valid target of Cyclonic Rift or any other form of board wipe.

Wishes

If you haven't noticed, this EDH deck has a sideboard -the reason being because my playgroup allows for a 10 card sideboard. If your play group doesn't, then replace each wish card with a card that has impact in your playgroup. Though if yours does like mine, then here's what they're used for:

Living Wish:

• Harmonic Sliver: Grab this little bugger to help crush decks that are pulling out artifacts and/ or enchantments fast. This is also great to pull if your Aura Shards has been destroyed or is unable to have its ability used.

• Basal Sliver: It's basically an Ashnod's Altar for pumping out slivers with the Sliver Queen, so pick it up if you don't have the altar.

• Melira, Sylvok Outcast: If you need to combo off with Kitchen Finks, Glen Elendra Archmage, or Murderous Redcap and you don't have Mikaeus, the Unhallowed anymore, or if he's Pithing Needle'd.

• Grim Haruspex: Mainly a means of drawing cards from combos involving non-token creatures, like the Mikaeus, the Unhallowed/Melira, Sylvok Outcast and Karmic Guide+Reveillark combos to draw out your entire deck.

Cunning Wish:

• Flash: Grab it if you need to bring something out fast in order to win; usually grabbing Academy Rector to put out Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors, or just anything that fits the situation.

• Swan Song: Mainly used against creature-less, or close to creature-less decks as a means of a counter spell. The 2/2 swan isn't scary in commander.

• Anguished Unmaking: Grab this beauty if there is an extremely high target on the field and you've already disposed of your Path to Exile, or if it can't be targeted by path.

Burning Wish:

• Exsanguinate: If you're facing control or life gain decks, then pick this up with an infinite mana combo and instantly kill all opponents at the table.

• Toxic Deluge: If the board is flooded with creatures you don't want, and don't control, then chuck this at the swam and watch as all that time of token production ends in tears.

• Praetor's Counsel: This is a win condition in long drowned out games. Putting everything from your yard into your hand is bonkers at times, especially against mill players. They really hate when your graveyard become a tool box.

• Purphoros, God of the Forge: An instant win from infinite damage to all opponents.

• Impact Tremors: Same as with Purphoros, God of the Forge, killing off all opponents.

• Flayer Drone: Same as Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors, a means of killing all opponents off.

• Aura Shards: Ruin any deck that runs artifacts and/or enchantments as primary functions in their decks.

• Black Market: A means of creating infinite mana if needed.

• Blood Artist: Kill all opponents and drain their souls in the process.

• Zulaport Cutthroat: Same as Blood Artist with killing and draining.

• Jar of Eyeballs: Tutor every turn.

• Bitter Ordeal: Exile everyone's library

• Wish: Harmonic Sliver: Same as with Aura Shards destroy all artifacts and enchantments -only works with the Sliver Queen combo.

• Wish: Grim Haruspex: Draw out your entire deck, though it only works with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed/Melira, Sylvok Outcast and Karmic Guide+Reveillark combos.

Strengths and Weaknesses Show

Strengths

This deck excels in games that allow you to set up combo pieces, or just don't target you, since you won't be curving out slivers left and right. Since you won't be doing that, people will think you have a bad hand and usually ignore you, if that's the case you've most likely won the mind game. This is a very small strength, but having to sacrifice colourless slivers all the time when you use the Sliver Queen combo shows your massive hate for slivers in this format. Killing them over and over again. This literally has no impact on how powerful the deck is, but it brings happiness to anyone who doesn't like slivers. Also, the art of surprise is a big strength.

Weaknesses

Despite any deck running counter spells and/or removal, crazy fast decks and fast combo decks are your downfall. They have an advantage against you in a 1v1 environment, but if you're playing in a group, they might go after someone who seems to be more of a threat than a "sliver" deck. Or you're just a political mastermind who manipulates the table, but that's not me, sadly.
