This Oath EDH deck is optimized to win the game as soon as possible. This means that I use cards that are normally banned in EDH, such as Black Lotus and Ancestral Recall. Big deal!

The key combos:

• Balance + Teferi's Protection = Your opponents sacrifice all of their permanents.

• Time Vault + Voltaic Key = Infinite turns

• Auriok Salvagers + Black Lotus = Infinite mana

• Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle = Exile entire library and win

• Tainted Pact + Thassa's Oracle = See above

• Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter = Infinite untaps

• Hullbreacher + Timetwister = Make big money/mana and screw your opponents over

• Leovold, Emissary of Trest + Timetwister = Deprive your opponents of cards

With an average CMC that's less than 2, this deck's efficiency is greatly improved by the inclusion of Bolas's Citadel and Ad Nauseam. Since there are only eight creatures in the entire deck (commanders included), The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale serves as a good tool for trimming down your opponents' numbers while keeping your own army relatively stable. The inclusion of Oath of Druids can also serve as an alternative win condition with Thassa's Oracle, which can be put on the bottom of our library with the ability of Thrasios, Triton Hero. Both Rhystic Study and Smothering Tithe put our opponents in irritating situations that can be infuriating to circumvent.

Finally, Training Grounds serves as a less aggressive effect, and simply allows us to activate the abilities of Thrasios, Triton Hero and Auriok Salvagers more efficiently.
