Pretty much a straight up / zombie tribal with The Scarab God at the helm. I've included a touch of mill to add fuel to The Scarab God's fire, but I wanted to keep it primarily zombie tribal.

There's a decent amount of combo in here, focused primarily around recurring creatures infinitely from graveyard to storm off, trigger infinite damage, or mill out your opponents.

Notable non-zombie inclusions are:

Crypt Ghast: for ridiculous mana acceleration in mono-black.

Ghoulcaller Gisa: because more zombies = more fun. Also, she's a necromancer, so the flavor fits.

Grave Titan: same as above

Jace, Memory Adept: the card draw and not irrelevant mill on his +1 is great, and his 0 ability to mill 10 for no mana on the turn allows The Scarab God a host of targets.

Karn Liberated: because / is notorious for having no ability to deal with enchantments and a limited ability to deal with artifacts. Karn is the only way to deal with things like Rest in Peace and Leyline of the Void which do a pretty good job of neutering The Scarab God's more interesting ability.

Liliana of the Dark Realms: allows me to hit my land drops every turn if I want to use The Scarab God's scrying to hit powerful cards every turn. She also gives me access to some removal with the large numbers of swamps this deck runs. And in the same vein as Ghoulcaller Gisa, necromancers are perfectly in flavor with the deck.

Phenax, God of Deception: an outstanding suggestion from Crav96, Phenax lets you mill your opponents for no mana, letting you find targets for The Scarab God at instant speed.
