The focus here is copying instants and tapping creatures-mostly for mana via Earthcraft/Cryptolith Rite/Sorcerer Class/Paradise Mantle/Springleaf Drum/Survivors' Encampment/Holdout Settlement/Harvest Season-, going all in on all cheaper 1MV and 2MV instants with a tapped Kalamax, the Stormsire. Make Kalamax big through copying copies early game, go wide using token generators late game. Tap out opponents' creatures with Turnabout or Opposition and swing with Kalamax or Veyran, Voice of Duality after a copy loop and throw Chandra's Outrage, Soul's Fire and copy it or sac either with Fling and copy it, pump up Electrodominance, Expansion / Explosion or Comet Storm (if I add it back in), do direct damage with Guttersnipe or Ral, Storm Conduit. For when you want to lose all your friends, Isochron Scepter combos nicely with a number of instants but especially with Dramatic Reversal or any of the various Fork's in the deck.

Some extra focus against blue because I can't sit down with my group without at least one person playing U in their deck but I'm sure you could swap out Carpet of Flowers and Pyroblast / Red Elemental Blast for Braid of Fire and other Counterspells.
