This list looks great, definitely a good pairing of commanders. Personally I would make these swaps:

Tishana, Voice of Thunder -> The Great Henge
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite -> Grazilaxx, Illithid Scholar
Masako the Humorless -> Errant, Street Artist
Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist -> Second Harvest
Selvala, Explorer Returned -> Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir
The Second Doctor -> Patron of the Orochi
Rhystic Study -> Murkfiend Liege
Heroes' Podium -> Sakashima the Impostor
Swiftfoot Boots -> Sakashima of a Thousand Faces
Neoform -> Awakening
Beast Within -> Sundering Growth

Some others you might like: Wake the Reflections, Phyrexian Metamorph, Idol of Oblivion

No, the artifact is never a spell to be copied by Errant, Street Artist. The most common (and probably only, but I am tired and don't feel like thinking through every possible edge case) way to control a spell that wasn't cast is if it was a copy created on the stack by a copy effect. So the use case for Errant is to copy spells a second time.

I have a deck based around Commander Jhoira, Ageless Innovator. When I put an artifact card into play using her ability, can Errant, Street Artist copy that play, since the card was not "cast", but "put from hand onto the battlefield"?

Eloniel Hey Eloniel, thank you for keeping the posts up! I haven't had much time for Magic in the last months, so it became a little quiet here. From your suggestions I like Weathered Sentinels the most. It's pretty cool, that Errant, Street Artist hash flash, but I need to compare it with the cards in the deck, same goes for Suspicious Bookcase. Too bad we could never copy a single spell :D

amarthaler I haven't tested it, but for 6 mana it doesnt seem that good honestly. I'd rather play (something like) Triumph of the Hordes.

IamJesse I have more time for Magic in the coming weeks/months, I promise I will make updates (if necessary)!

I like the design overall, but I think one of the mana symbols should be changed to pure . Otherwise, this card gives direct damage to mono-blue. I assume it's intended for Commander, and it's not viable in Legacy or Vintage, but it's possible to use it as a very un-blue damage source in Casual, both as attacking and as burn.

There are currently four types of blue cards with the word "haste":

So a creature with haste and the ability to immediately attack and cause direct noncombat damage to any target is pretty well out of mono-'s wheelhouse, and this card as written gives it exactly that.

All the same, I like the effect, the stats seem fair, and I could otherwise see this as a real card.
