As a general addition, it always helps to keep your win condition in consideration when deciding on what cards you want to use in a deck.

Looking at it as is, I'd say you primary goal is to storm out your board with tokens form the likes of Young Pyromancer, Third Path Iconoclast and Kykar, Wind's Fury themselves, using the spirits Kykar gives you to help fuel a storm off.

This in mind, I think you'd actually want at least another full-board haste granter like Rising of the Day so you have an easier time swinging out when you go through a turn building a board state, and a few more 1 mana red cantrips like Expedite

Again, not a professional designer. But:

Compare Whispering Wizard to cards like Monastery Mentor or Third Path Iconoclast. I would say if {R} or {W} got added to the cost and it became a 2/2, it would be more likely to be triggered on any use. {U} is the weakest color for continual token generation.

Sunshot Militia would need a shift up to at least uncommon, if not rare. It's already a reasonably efficient pinger, in that it can be activated multiple times in a turn and hits each opponent. Adding {1} or maybe {R} to the mana cost and upshifting the rarity would be enough to remove the restriction, I think. Ghirapur AEther Grid and Kyren Negotiations are my references here.

Not sure when you posted this deck but Vedalken Humiliator is a GREAT card for U/R Artifacts! I'm also a fan of Master of Etherium and Third Path Iconoclast are a pair. As well as Porcelain Legionnaire and Spectrum Sentinel as decent offense

DMFF on Kellan's Faerie-Blade (WOE)

You know, I think you may be onto something with the Esper Sentinel suggestion. It synergizes well with the Kellan, the Fae-Blooded strategy or can even be a great equip target. Not to mention the reasons you gave above. I plan on playtesting this deck a bit on Wednesday online, so I will let you know my findings. It will most likely take the place of the Dragon's Rage Channelers. Skrelv, Defector Mite is intriguing as well. I may attempt to slot a single copy or find a home for it in the side, but definitely noteworthy. As for Saheeli, I feel that she would be a bit clunky in this deck. While she shares Third Path Iconoclast's ability, her -2 can really only make something a copy of Sword of Fire and Ice, which I feel is too narrow. The lower cost of Iconoclast and another possible body to swing with for game makes me want to keep him. Thank you for all the suggestions, it is most appreciated!

I have a few ideas, not sure if any are good but I thought I would share.

I am not sure how quickly and easily you get delirium online, but there are a few ways you can potentially make it easier. Esper Sentinel is probably better depending on your meta, but the card draw can be strong and it counts as 2 towards delirium. Similarly, Skrelv, Defector Mite is another 2-for-1 card that can help protect your key pieces. Lastly, is Saheeli, Sublime Artificer a playable card? It costs one more than Third Path Iconoclast but it is a different type for delirium and it does the same generation while having potential unique utility.

Pinkfluffyant Third Path Iconoclast is definitely another great card for this deck, I 100% agree. I was thinking whether to suggest it over sprite dragon, but it didn't cross my mind to simply run both and cut Shu-Yun which is probably the optimal choice.
