Psychosis Crawler or even Chasm Skulker as a secondary win condition? Fallowsage is also nice, since you can tap him for Azami's Ability and his own ability will trigger too.

Cyclonic Rift is a Staple on EDH decks that use blue mana.

you could also go to the mill route using things like Jace's Erasure or Sphinx's Tutelage but they aren't a must so you can ignore this.

and if money is not a problem Rhystic Study and Mind's Eye are also nice for this kind of deck.

Other than that you have a nice deck and as a fan of tribal maybe i give it a shot (i don't really play with blue unless it's paired with green, so it would be an nice experience)

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to build a wizard tribal deck with the cards I own, focused around Docent of Perfection  Flip and Sigil Tracer The cards listed here are the ones I want to use, still have to filter them before uploading a built deck. Please help me with ideas (any combo you see among the cards I propose???). Keeping it budget or zero purchase is the main goal.

If I was nominated king of your list, here's what I'd do to cut cards and swap others.

Cuts:

Veteran of the Depths, Swiftfoot Boots, Deepchannel Mentor, Dream Fracture, Thassa, God of the Sea

Capsize - I'm not seeing infinite mana, so cut or use Chain of Vapor instead

And set aside all your cards designed to give islandwalk, unblockable, or turn lands into islands. Reduce this to a more compact package with redundancy rather than "this only works if I also have..." type cards.

Swaps:

Devouring Light --> Reality Shift

Fallowsage --> Merfolk Looter

Return to Dust --> Grasp of Fate or just cut, and bank more on counterspells and bounce

The main issues I'm seeing are a high curve with not enough ramp. I would cut some of your higher-costed wizards to make room for more mana rocks. Sakashima the Impostor and Fallowsage should be first on the chopping block, IMO. Also, cut Elixir of Immortality. It's not good. Run Time Spiral instead.

For mana rocks... well, what's your budget? Can you afford a Mana Crypt, or is that too much? At least put in Coldsteel Heart and Sapphire Medallion! Mana Vault is an excellent choice. Maybe run Aphetto Alchemist to go with it.

Also, you can make infinite mana... but what will you do with it?

(-) Sun Titan, since you don't seem to abuse his ETB and he won't bring that many creatures back.
(-) Enclave Cryptologist is a terrible card in my opinion. It just takes too much effort...
(-) Azorius Guildmage is kinda out of place, even though her activated abilities could be useful now and then.
(-) Phyrexian Metamorph is always useful in a blue deck, but I'd remove it.
(-) Leyline of Anticipation (same argument as the one before. It's useful, but unnecessary)
(-) Fact or Fiction (IMO is easily replaced by Foresee)
(-) drop Hinder in exchange for Memory Lapse
(-) Path to Exile. Yes, it is good, but it's also too damn expensive.
(-) Monastery Siege (I don't like this card :x)
(-) Winding Canyons (I also don't like this one HAHAHA)
