Main strategy is to get out one of the following combos:

Sliver Queen + Basal Sliver + Cloudshredder Sliver + Mana sliver (infinite mana and hasty creatures)

Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes + Cloudshredder Sliver (Infinite hasty creatures)

Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes + Lavabelly Sliver (Infinite ping)

Intruder Alarm + Mana Sliver + Sliver Overlord + Cloudshredder Sliver (Tap all slivers to tutor with overlord, play what you tutored to untap them, repeat until you can cast Sliver Queen or you have pulled out enough slivers to make Sliver Legion lethal)

The mana slivers are Gemhide Sliver and Manaweft Sliver
