Trying to quickly put together a Rashmi deck. Trying to focus on effects that help abuse the card draw & cascade like effects. Lots of instants, lots of ways to enable flash. Also as many ways as I can afford to make the deck control what's on the top of the library. Some scry effects, lots of play with top of the library revealed effects, and instant wants to put something on the top of the library.
