I started this deck with the idea of combining Atraxa, Praetors' Voice + Marchesa, the Black Rose into a single deck, they both care about +1/+1 counters on as many creatures as possible so it seemed good to try this out. Adding green and white to a typical marchesa deck allows for some interesting combinations like cathars' crusade, juniper order ranger or master biomancer with marchesa keep all the creatures coming back each time they die at no cost.
