This is my pet deck and has been slowly molded over the year and a half that I've owned it. As new cards are released they are considered for this deck. It's at 3.0 as it is the third major iteration update, as with the release of Field of the Dead, this deck has gotten a major token sub theme.

Power level: This deck aims to hover around the 70-80% power range. It can tussle with higher power and optimized decks, but is more meant for 75% power pods that are aiming to play with combos but also go to around turn 7 or 8 on average.

Goals: The main goals of this deck are to have big mana, focusing on ramp and then turning that ramp into a big game ending spell. Alternatively, with Field and Omnath, you can turn your ramp into tokens that can accrue value over the course of the game or set up for a big Finale of Devastation overrun.

Combos/WinCons:

Borborygmos Enraged + Dakmor Salvage + The Gitrog Monster : This kills all opponents on the spot at instant speed. This combo allows you to trade 2 cards off the top of your deck for 3 damage, and with the inclusion of Kozilek, you can infinitely ping all players to death. There is a rare case that can brick this combo if Kozilek is the last card left in your library but the chances of that happening before your opponents die are astronomically low, and you have lands to manipulate the size of your library (Volrath's Stronghold). Overall, this is the safest combo in the deck, as it only requires 2 cards on board (you don't need Dakmor to start the combo, just a few lands or a land sac outlet to start), both of which can be tutored out with an Entwined Tooth and Nail, making this the most accessible mid to late game combo.

Tokens + Purphoros: Since field's release, this deck now has an amazing potential for Token generation, as Field can easily be tutored, and with the amount of fetches, having 7 different lands on board is easy. Grabbing Purphoros into a Scapeshift can usually end a game as long as the other players have been hit a few times. Other token kills include: Titania + Land Sacrifice outlet, Omnath, Locus of Rage.

Tokens + Finale: Self Explanatory with the combo above, instead of using Purphoros to ping players, you're using the excessive amounts of mana to overrun your opponents.

Torment of Hailfire: This card is amazing, given the amount of mana that you'll have over your opponents, you almost always want to cast this if you have 10 lands or more, cause even if you don't eliminate a player they'll most certainly be crippled in terms of board state (except if they're a tokens player).

Synergies/Options:

Tempt with Discovery: This card is fantastic, paying 4 mana for any non-basic to the battlefield is a pretty good rate, and if any other player takes you up on your offer, all that is just gravy. The primary target for this is Field of the Dead, followed up with a Cradle if any other player is tempted, and then fetches from there on out.

Glacial Chasm: This is your main defense against aggressive fliers and/or fast beatdown decks. Not to mention it stops your opponents combat damage triggers, such as the Swords and Derevi. This can be aggressively tutored out with Crop Rotation in response to an attack, making Crop Rotation the most effective fog you can run. The loss of land from it is negligible, as Windgrace can recoup the lost advantage or with Crucible effects to play lands out of your grave.
