I have a horrendous addiction to the color green. I noticed one day that out of my 9 decks only 2 didn't have green. 1 being a Cedh grixis deck and another being Mardu humans. I decided to make this deck to be the opposite of my green deck. This deck uses a bunch of interaction pieces to stop our opponents from doing anything. There is plenty of removal and the most optimal counters. I opted for counterspells that could be free cast or were super cheap with an upside. For the removal, I preferred exile effects but they could be switched out for other things. It all really depends on personal meta.

How does the deck win?
We cast Approach of the Second Sun twice by either making the game long or infinite turns. The other win condition is to make infinite mana and cast Torment of Hailfire for 400 Quadrillion. Plan C is if everything else doesn't work then we funnel our infinite mana into Luminarch Ascension and hope we can attack the next turn.

Combos
Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal = Infinite mana
Isochron Scepter + Mystical Tutor + Nexus of Fate = Infinite Turns
Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Phyrexian Metamorph + Swan Song = I have no clue how this combo works please me know if you can.
Isochron Scepter + Narset's Reversal + Time Warp/Nexus of Fate = Infinite Turns

What do we do with infinite turns?
We are given enough time to dig through our deck to find Approach of the Second Sun or Torment of Hailfire. We then use Phyrexian Metamorph to create infinite mana for Torment of Hailfire. If Luminarch Ascension is online then we make infinite power and swing.

Closing Thoughts
I don't want to make this deck Cedh so I think having most combos around Isochron Scepter is fine. This deck is exactly what I wanted when I realized that I had too many green decks. (You can never have too many green decks) This deck is really early in the making and I am not the most versed in Blue and White so any suggestions would be much appreciated. I will be making changes to the deck after a bunch of testing.

Notable Exclusions
NO Thassa's Oracle PACKAGES. I do understand how powerful the card is and this deck would significantly increase in power due to it. This deck isn't supposed to be Cedh and Thassa's Oracle would change how the whole deck would be played.
Ad Nauseam has also not made the cut because of a couple of reasons. I don't have mass ways to keep all those cards in hand. It is also a card that benefits from you winning in the next couple of turns. I could definitely run the card but then it makes the deck want to combo more than control and grind.
Mox Diamond also got cut because I don't benefit from lands hitting the graveyard. I'm also not running the most aggressive ramp or reasons to ramps that quickly. The land count is already low and I don't want to be hurt from having to discards lands.
