Refining Much needed.

The idea of this deck is to get the commander down and equip him up with one of the utility equipment (one that does not give +/+) as well as other Tiny Boi's with 1 toughness (and a +X/+0) and swing away.

The main deck is currently cards that I couldn't see this deck without. The maybeboard are cards that were in this deck till I realized that I had 130 cards.

I feel cards like Bribery are just blue staples that are too good not to include.

Mana: The deck is currently sitting at 3.03 avg CMC, so I went a little light on the number of lands.

FAQ:

Why no Infect?
I play in a casual playgroup that doesn't really like playing with Infect, I steered away from it to avoid hatred. If you like unblockable infect, go for it.
