Reason: Now hear me out, Dictate of Erebos is super powerful, a +1 mana flash Grave pact is amazing, but, this deck doesn't use much sac effects of creatures and mana isn't really kept up with Muldrotha. Now you're thinking why Aid from the cowl? Well it's because this card is ridiculous when you're whole deck (apart from Primal Surge) is just permanents.
