Classic list - used to play it with Blessing of the Nephilim , Civic Saber and Steel of the Godhead as aggro, but a more midrangey cascade list with Shardless Agent now a cool option. Could drop in with Kathari Remnant to complete the set.

I realize Cascade is the going theme but I think Enlisted Wurm and/or Kathari Remnant are the most lackluster of the bunch. If you don't like those options the only other thing I can think of is Bolas because hard casting him may prove difficult being 3 black pips in a 5c deck. Tbh I'm terrible at removing things.

Keep the Land Base as it is.

Keep the Talismans, Rings, & Crypt for decent measure. I'll let you decide the fate of the rest of the Rocks.

Aggravated Assault + Bear Umbra are in as they not only allow extra Combat, but this Bear, unlike the entire Bear Creature Type, untaps all your lands for additional Cascades.

Same for Erebos, God of the Dead ; Havoc Festival might be too risky; but I got to gain life too you know.

Hmmm... It seems this deck has a potential Draw Engine. I benefit from opponents discarding while I Draw, hell, Waste Not is awesome here too; likewise for Bone Miser .

Chance Encounter + Frenetic Efreet WILL be a Wincon here, though I'd like several others; including a combo that for CHAOS terms, It's kinda GG if in my favor, but can cost me SEVERELY; almost to the point of a Loss; A True Battle of CHAOTICA.

On theme w/ Cascade, what cards in Yidris' Colors might be good here, & has Cascade? ( Throes of Chaos , Kathari Remnant , Bloodbraid Elf , Deny Reality , Etherium-Horn Sorcerer & Maelstrom Wanderer are prime, but I dunno about Demonic Dread , Violent Outburst , Shardless Agent , & Bituminous Blast ... your thoughts would be good though...)
I'm at 100. This means I'll have to replace ALOT of stuff. I hope you're ready. I'll put some stuff back in, but I might need some help yet again; at least for the Wincons I described them as such...

Bird Tribal Attempt with +1/+1 counters

I love tribal decks and I have only seen a couple of bird decks but not any that build around counters and with the built in evasion that seems a pretty viable way to run them; I think a few of the picks are sub optimal so I compiled a some bird choices that might be interesting depending on how your meta is built. I also think you could stand to some more card draw to help fuel the tribal beat down, all in all I think this looks fun and I will enjoy seeing it evolve as you tweak it over time. +1
Cheap useful birds: Baleful Strix , Judge's Familiar , River Hoopoe , Sage Owl , Spire Owl , Stormscape Familiar , Thrummingbird
Interesting and useful birds: Aven Sunstriker , Wingmate Roc , Kathari Remnant , Lieutenant Kirtar , Nimble Obstructionist
Birds matter: Kangee, Aerie Keeper , Keeper of the Nine Gales , Crookclaw Elder
Tribal stuff: Door of Destinies

Much appreciated! I have to say I think it's the most fun deck I've built yet. Thus far every win has been off the top and unexpected. Probably my favorite inclusion of what you mentioned is Possibility Storm for how much it 1) does not hinder Ramos' cascade minded build 2) Hoses combo decks entirely 3) Doubles up cast triggers & storm count for yourself. Potential to hard lock combo with Lavinia, Azorius Renegade but I'm too much a coward to run her since her being cloned or stolen would hose a literal 1/5 of the deck haha.
I know the counter doublers are common in Ramos, but I've found he becomes plenty lethal & ramp already and that his real struggle is keeping up with draw & protecting him - I just added Padeem, Consul of Innovation & multiple modal counterspells. Fear of the "win more" aside, I do think I want to test out Corpsejack Menace at some point. I may also be more hesitant because I already run Atraxa, Praetors' Voice as a commander and I'd rather avoid too much overlap.
I wanted to ask about your inclusion of Phyresis as your infect source- is it not an issue to cascade into it pre-Ramos? Or do you hold your cascade til after he's out?
Your Conflux setup with Cloudshift to "reset" ramos, Congregation at Dawn and Maelstrom Wanderer - what's the line from there? Value town or is there an infinite/lock I'm missing?
Is Past in Flames part of a combo or just value? Any advantage I'm missing to it over Mizzix's Mastery ? Flashback reuse in case it's cascaded into prematurely?
In your article you mentioned the benefit of running modal counterspells (charms) for cascade synergy- I see none now but I do see Trap Essence . What made you decide to make that transition? Ramos gets to 5 counters and is "online" but it could also do nothing on an unlucky cascade. AKA could you please sell me on it vs Dromar's Charm ?
How would you rate Kathari Remnant ? I'm indecisive on adding more cascade and if so which ones.
I think many try to go "all in" with Sunforger by including Tithe , Mistveil Plains , Stoneforge Mystic , etc. but I think it'll work better for Ramos just as as it is. Your deck atm is already 10 potential targets inclusive to counterspells, protection, draw, removal, search... I'm not sure yet but I think it should work well.
Hope I'm not overloading, just excited for a new deck and there's zero other Ramos players in any of my meta.

I think you're splitting your focus between ETB/Evasion creatures and setting up the top of your library for Yuriko's triggered ability a bit too much.
Cuts I recommend: Metallic Mimic - Is a ninja, buffs ninjas, but no evasion built in so will be harder to trigger Yuriko. You've got enough creature type fixing to gain more benefit off Yuriko triggers than an extra counter.
Kathari Remnant - I feel like most of your cuts are going to come from your 1-3 drops since you want a higher average CMC for Yuriko's triggers, so the cascade will be lackluster.
Amoeboid Changeling - Once one of your board-wide subtype changers hits the board (especially since you're tutoring for them), since this doesn't have evasion, I don't think it'll see much use.
Consign // Oblivion - The bounce is nice, 2 discards from someone is a little meh. But feel like you can just have creatures that bounce your board to gain more benefit like Faerie Impostor.
Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive - Besides herself, you only have 4 creatures in your list with power/toughness 1 that don't already have evasion built in, 3 of which are ninjutsu creatures that will likely be unblocked anyways.
Dragonlord Silumgar - Good CMC for Yuriko's trigger, and a nice ETB effect. But they get the creature back when you ninjutsu him away, and he's a little pricey to tack onto a ninjutsu cost to regain the same target.
