The mana base is worked out, what's here is what I have for now until I aquire the cards I need to finish it

Despite the commander this is not a Proliferate deck (though it does get used a bit). The deck seeks to control the board until it can lock the opponents out of the game or generate enough mana to Exsanguinate for the victory (this is where Atraxa's Proliferate matters the most).

Locks:

• Avacyn, Angel of Hope + Nevinyrral's Disk creates a soft but powerful lock. Worldslayer can be used in place of the Disk (along with Rogue's Passage if Avacyn's evasion isn't enough to get her through).

• Knowledge Pool + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir prevents opponents from being able to resolve a spell effectively locking them out of the game.

• Nature's Revolt along with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite denies opponents access to any lands creating another highly effective lock, this will almost always put away the game especially if you pair it with a board wipe. Linvala, Keeper of Silence can also do the trick when Elesh Norn isn't around.

Two slightly more convoluted soft locks are:

• Eternal Witness with Cauldron of Souls, Cathars' Crusade and any non-exiling board wipe.

• Sun Titan + Eternal Witness + Duneblast. If you equip Titan with a Darksteel Plate you can substitute any non-exiling board wipe (other than Black Sun's Zenith) in place of Duneblast.

• Novablast Wurm by himself creates a soft lock of his own, just be sure to protect him with equipment.

Other card combos/synergies:

• Resolving a Martial Coup for 7+ with Cathars' Crusade on the field almost always creates a massive advantage where board presence is concerned.

• Following any board wipe with Sheoldred, Whispering One makes it nearly impossible for your opponents to reestablish a board state while you quickly rebuild your army.

• Fathom Mage is amazing with Atraxa's Proliferate ability alone but becomes pretty disgusting when paired with Kalonian Hydra.

• Jace Beleren + Notion Thief

• Temple Bell + Consecrated Sphinx

• Cathars' Crusade + Crystalline Crawler + Ghave, Guru of Spores generates infinite creatures. Crusade with Ghave and Fathom Mage is another great draw engine as well.
