Important combos include:

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth / Forsaken Monument for infinite mana.

Deserted Temple + Scorched Ruins + Rings of Brighthearth for infinite mana.

Everflowing Chalice + Rings of Brighthearth + Voltaic Key for infinite mana.

Staff of Domination + Endbringer to turn any mana into damage, lifegain or draw.

Sensei's Divining Top + Mystic Forge + Semblance Anvil / Ugin, the Ineffable for infinite free draw.

It That Betrays + All is Dust to steal all of your opponents permanents.

Either drop mana rocks and use your commander to cascade into board advantage, or assemble these combos to choke out your opponents while dropping threats to occupy the field.

In its current state, this deck is likely a 7 to 7.5 Power Level. Its biggest issue is a lack of interaction given no access to colored spells.
