I've always loved Thrun, the Last Troll as a green creature due to its wonderful balance and fantastic power presence that it presents. My first take at an EDH deck utilizing him, I've decided to go the route of voltron, as it's always satisfying to swing with your gigantic creature for the win.

This originally had a token sub them, which doubled as chump blockers and a possible win-con, but it's been dropped due to inconsistencies and the amount of mana most of the producers required. A few still remain, but it's a relatively second win condition.

Anything that I took out is under the sideboard column if you wish to see what I got rid of. I would love some feedback to help me with my maybe board, I really want to add Forgotten Ancient, One with Nature, Sukra-Tribe Elder and Wood Elves above all else!

Past that, the majority of the deck should be extremely standard. If all else fails with Thrun, say Terminus, Dungrove Elder can prove to be a second voltron target, just in case.
