I am very much a Timmy player and when I realized Jodah, Archmage Eternal was a card I got super excited and decided to build a deck around him immediately. Who wouldn't want to drop an 8 or even 11 mana spell as early as turn 4!!! I built this deck on a budget which is why I don't run fetches, shock lands, or triomes, I would if I could afford them, because they would make the deck a lot more consistent, the few expensive cards in the deck I just owned in my collection.

In the early game you want ramp and get all your colors as soon as possible, then play Jodah, hopefully with protection ready because he is a removal magnet. Once the commander is down a board wipe is usually necessary, because this deck can struggle with early aggression, all the board wipes are designed to not harm our commander. From there this deck usually pulls ahead and wins through sheer mana advantage, playing massive cards every turn.
