This is an almost-competitive combo deck, with some concessions due to budget. The combo this deck is built around is Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite + Natural Affinity . A tutorable version of Natural Affinity comes in the form of Nature's Revolt (which is a budget version of and strict downgrade to Living Plane ). In addition to this, we also run Kormus Bell + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for redundancy. In the case of Living Plane and Kormus Bell, Linvala, Keeper of Silence also provides a lockout. There are a decent number of creatures in this deck because we are opting to run Survival of the Fittest as an engine.

If I had unlimited budget, I would make room for Savannah , Scrubland , Bayou , Gaea's Cradle , Mana Crypt , Imperial Seal , and Living Plane .

Adding in Gaea's Cradle might make cards like Sylvan Scrying , Weathered Wayfarer , or Knight of the Reliquary worth including, as they also tutor for Urborg if we need it. I have also considered adding in a way to give all your creatures +1 toughness, as this would turn Toxic Deluge into a combo piece. However, the only one that I found that seemed decent is Mirari's Wake , which probably costs too much mana.
