I wanted to make a Counterburn EDH deck, and after some searching decided I really liked Keranos, God of Storms as a commander, which led me to this deck: The Afforda-Bolt Care Act. So I copied it, changed the name to something Counterburny, and made several overhauls (both at the time of copying it and recently after playing with it and seeing what works & what doesn't) until it became a deck of my own.

For example, I added several of the other popular commanders because they're obviously useful, and reduced the total number of creatures to make room for even more counter & burn spells. I also added redundancies to the following abilities/effects:
- No max hand size
- Cast all spells as though they have flash
- Play with top card of library revealed & play that card
- Instants & Sorceries get doubled/copied
- Instants & Sorceries can be cast from graveyard (Rebound etc.)

Since this was the first EDH deck I'd ever put together, advice, (constructive) criticism, and praise are always and still welcome. Especially in regard to my Maybe Board, which is full of cards I really like, but not necessarily more than what's already in there. So I'd love help reducing the number of cards in the Maybe Board, and fitting some in if they need to be.
