The idea is to make it a painful group hug deck with Takklemaggot.

I started out only adding stuff that gets passed around but after adding board pain I leaned a little harder toward that with Nekusar.

Once Nekusar hits the board the deck works like a clock.

Possible commanders:

• Rohgahh of Kher Keep (2BBRR) - hot potato
• Kaervek the Merciless (5BR) - opponents take damage
• Mogis, God of Slaughter (2BR) - Hard to get rid of, starts the damage early
• Nekusar, the Mindrazer (2UBR) - extra card draw and damage
• Mishra, Artificer Prodigy (1UBR) - Does nothing in this deck but matches colors
• Any other Grixis Commanders will work really.
• Xira Arien (GRB) - a cheaper commander with targeted card draw, makes for a good side board. She should also confuse people enough to draw off some of the auto-hate

Card Draw effects - Total mandatory draw per turn: Opponents-10, you-9, plus land drops

• Everyone x1: Dictate of Kruphix, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Howling Mine, Spiteful Visions , Temple Bell (Tap)

• Tainted Isle -> Rakdos Guildgate
• Grixis Panorama -> This can stay
• Temple of Epiphany -> Cinder Barrens or Mountain
• Crumbling Necropolis -> Urborg Volcano or Swamp
• Darkwater Catacombs -> Rakdos Carnarium
• Dimir Signet -> Rakdos Keyrune
• Izzet Signet -> Rakdos Cluestone

These blue cards can be substituted for any of the Red or Black spells in the sideboard and maybe board lists: AEtherize, Evacuation, Dictate of Kruphix, Kami of the Crescent Moon.

Other Considerations

Consider adding Breath of Malfegor to finish off anyone at 5 or less life. Grip of Chaos and Thieves' Auction may cause to game to stall a bit, so I suggest only adding them if you are not pressed for time. Fevered Visions , Painful Quandary, and Triskaidekaphobia would be excellent additions, though they move away from a Hot Potato focus to a Nekusar one. Grafted Exoskeleton pairs nicely with Heartless Hidetsugu. Mizzium Mortars and Vandalblast should need no explanation.
