Taking the Atraxa pre-con and adding a few budget cards that I already owned.The maybeboard is essentially a wishlist.

The deck is mostly about creating +1/+1 counters, moving them around or creating them on things that can't normal get counters with Daghatar the Adamant , Ghave, Guru of Spores, Orzhov Advokist, Forgotten Ancient, etc. to maximize proliferate from Atraxa, Praetors' Voice.

Ghave, Guru of Spores and Pentavus can do some mean things with supporting cards like Champion of Lambholt, Corpsejack Menace, and/or Death's Presence and is a good mana dump at the end of an opponent's turn.

The Storage and Charge counter lands and Astral Conucopia/Crystalline Crawler to help with mana fixing and can be utilized with Proliferate as well.

The biggest flaw that I can see right now is the lack of removal. If there are any suggestions with that, let me know.
