Crested Sunmare is an interesting card for this deck. It provides you a 5/5 indestructible blocker whenever you gain life--sacrifice this horse with Brion, gain some life via lifelink, and immediately gain another replacement horse in the next endstep.

I might think of adding more sacrifice outlets and untap mechanics. You have numerous capture spells, and several which capture multiple targets. A few more sacrifice outlets will allow you to use, attack, and then destroy these captures, even if there are several of them or your commander tapped/is not on the field. I found a couple which might be interesting, at budget-friendly prices:

Helm of Possession allows you to both destroy a borrowed creature and net another creature semi-permanently.

Ashnod's Altar provides and destroys one of their creatures.

Infernal Plunge nets you some mana when you sacrifice their creatures.

Scapegoat is fairly inexpensive to cast, and has a number of uses in this deck. Not only can you sacrifice a stolen creature, but you can also bounce other stolen creatures to their owners' hands and bounce your own thieves, such as Conquering Manticore.

Rupture has the downside of harming yourself. However, you have a solid number of flying creatures, so it may not affect your boardstate much.

There are some W instants (ex. Burst of Energy) and creatures (ex. Dauntless Aven), as well as some artifacts (ex. Thousand-Year Elixir) which untap creatures, and would allow you an additional fling with Brion. Not sure if any of these are efficient enough to be worth a card slot, but it might be worth playtesting.

OK, So here are some of my initial reactions:
Consider replacing the Gilded Lotus with a Worn Powerstone.
Also, the Traitorous Blood is kinda cute if Brion Stoutarm is in play, but you don't have enough other 'borrow' or sacrifice effects to really make it effective. Maybe replace that with a Conquering Manticore instead. The 5/5 body doesn't suck.

However that leads me to one of bigger problems. Your mana curve is pretty high. You don't really start hitting until you get to the 4-5 mana range. I know this is EDH, but still, might want to bring that down a bit. Let consider some helper cards.
Consider the following: Weathered Wayfarer, Figure of Destiny, Slumbering Dragon, Dragon Hunter, Mother of Runes are all fetchable with a Ranger of Eos.
Boros Guildmage, Victory's Herald, and Hellrider seem a bit weak in this deck.

Humble Defector draws cards, if brought back with Feldon, opponents don't get to use him, as the token will be sacrificed in the end step (before he can untap)

Sandstone Oracle draws cards, and punishes blue players for hoarding cards

As creatures you put in play with feldon are going to die anyways, you can get extra value off them for free with cards such as Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar, Altar of Dementia - they also combo with threaten effect cards you already have such as Zealous Conscripts, Molten Primordial. You can add Conquering Manticore, also, if you find these combos worthy

You can add Generator Servant to throw Feldon faster, while also being able to tap him for his ability the turn he came in - though he doesn't do much late game, other than helping cast a creature spell faster and with haste

I think Burnished Hart is bad

Magewright's Stone, Puppet Strings, and Staff of Domination because you want to be able to use the commander's ability as much as possible. Also, those are going to be huge targets once people realize what is happening. You'll want as much redundancy as possible.

For extra ramp, you could play Extraplanar Lens. To be a cuckhold and not give the benefit to anyone else you could play Snow covered mountains instead of regular ones.

Also, I think you could play some different big red stuff. Avatar of Slaughter could be hugely beneficial for you. Since you have to sacrifice him, you are the only one that gets the double strike benefit. Excruciator just to bypass any Fogs in your meta. Utvara Hellkite seems extremely beneficial because it will give you a dragon just for attacking. Plus, you already play multiple dragons. Spitebellows just seems funny here. It will always deal 6 damage to something! Furyborn Hellkite I feel like you could use if you made the deck a little different. Anything to deal one damage, to get a 12/12 flying for three mana. Hellkite Igniter seems good here, since you play an artifact subtheme. Hellkite Charger for the win. Scourge of the Throne for the same reason as Hellkite Igniter. Ryusei, the Falling Star for board wipes. Thundermaw Hellkite to tap all flying creatures so your attacks can get through. Akroma, Angel of Fury because she can just be a powerhouse. Combustible Gearhulk actually seems like a win-win for your deck. Neheb, the Eternal seems like he could benefit you with extra mana mainphase two. Conquering Manticore and Zealous Conscripts for similar reasons. Dragon Mage if you need a new hand. Combat Celebrant seems good here. Goblin Dark-Dwellers could be a possibility. Heartless Hidetsugu, dude yes!

I mainly searched for power, so I'm sure there are other creatures to look up with good ETB effects. After doing that search for you I realized that I like Feldon as a commander. Hope you don't mind if I make him based on your deck XD.

In my build I have had solid gameplay with Atarka, World Render, and Bloodsoaked Champion. I built my Prossh with a ton of removal. Much of my removal is actually based on Threaten mechanics with sac outlets. I run Sarkhan Vol, Conquering Manticore, Molten Primordial, Zealous Conscripts, Act of Aggression, Word of Seizing, Harness by Force, Hijack, and Kari Zev's Expertise all just to steal and sac to one of my outlets.

I have to agree with MindAblaze on the Grave Pact/Dictate of Erebos/Butcher of Malakir add. I personally only run Dictate however when it's live it is brutal. Your opponents are helpless until it's removed.

You can look at my list, That's so Prossh, if you would like. I have some janky combos like deathtouch + Deathbringer Thoctar or Goblin Sharpshooter that I could probably take out, but overall the deck is really fun.

I play this commander as well, great fun. More redundancy with the threaten effect is quite nice with Conquering Manticore and Molten Primordial for when Yasova has been killed too much and also leaves you another big body. Cyclonic Rift is just too good not to include in most any commander deck with blue. On that line of thinking, more boardwipes is always a welcome addition for when you fall behind, stuff like Blasphemous Act and Chain Reaction which are more reliable than Bonfire of the Damned for killing a large amount of creatures. More card draw is also a must in this deck to keep your hand fueled, things like Prime Speaker Zegana and Rishkar's Expertise have been all stars in my build, Zegana also can get nuts with Conjurer's Closet or Deadeye Navigator.

I do caution against Hydras as wincons, they mostly just durdle about and get chumped while stuff like Molten and Diluvian Primordial can have a big impact when they hit the field. Also, I've found Yasova to be very mana hungry when using her effect so it's hard to justify saving mana for just a big hydra that doesn't have immediate impact on the game. Scourge of Scola Vale is ok because it gives you a sac outlet and Genesis Hydra can potentially dig for a good card, but the other two don't offer much. Hydra Broodmaster does nothing when it hits the field and requires a lot of mana to be effective and in the same vain Hooded Hydra is mostly just a big beater that can be chumped. Big beaters in commander really need to do something else besides attack as otherwise an opponent with a Path to Exile just removes your hydra before you get anything out of it, on the other-hand Primordials will give you their effect when they hit the field still. If the deck can easily generate infinite mana, then it may be a different story since Hydra Broodmaster with infinite mana is ridiculous, but I don't see how you do that very easily.

Ah, I forgot about the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker interactions with Sakura-Tribe Elder. I agree that Rampant Growth may be the better card to cut with Kiki-Jiki in mind.

Yes, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre will shuffle the entire library back into the deck. And I use him for that same purpose too.
But the Loaming Shaman is a 3/2 that sticks on the battlefield after shuffling the graveyard back in. It also interacts well with Kiki-Jiki since it isn't legendary. But I do see why it may not fit into your playstyle or deck concepts.


Oh Deadeye Navigator.....
Ok, this is more of a metagame choice than a card choice. Since there are great articles on the issue, please look over:

So, short version. A lot of people are looking to get Deadeye Navigator on the banned list because he is TOO combo enabling and kinda broken in all of the wrong ways.
Once he hits the table, most groups are going to immediately assign you as the biggest threat at the table. It stops being fun when you keep getting knocked out of games because everyone works against you.So, if your play group is ok with using/abusing the Navigator, then feel free. He does combo well with a lot of the cards you have. Just keep in mind that the Navigator also ends up warping decks to maximize/abuse the ETB triggers he can spawn.
If you look at my Brago flicker deck Did you see that? you'll see that the Navigator is absent. That card would be great in that deck. But it would paint a bigger target on me than I want. So, as a metagame choice, I didn't use it.
I recommended Temur Sabertooth based on these ideas. Yes, you have to recast the bounced creature. But the Sabertooth doesn't paint a giant "kick me" sign on your back.
You still have the option of blocking then bouncing. The smaller creatures like Eternal Witness, Mystic Snake, and Wood Elves aren't that bad to recast. Also, the indestructible aspect lets you look at Blasphemous Act as a board wipe to replace the All Is Dust.

Glad that you like the Kumano, Master Yamabushi. I've had a few games where people have locked down the table with either Ensnaring Bridge or a Isochron Scepter with Fog. I've won games just on dumping as much mana as possible into his ability to ping players directly. And it is nice exiling pesky creatures.

So, I started looking back over your list. Here are some simple but effective ideas:
Elvish Visionary for the card draw. Also works with nicely with Kiki-Jiki.
Conquering Manticore as an additional flying 5/5 version of Zealous Conscripts. Having another flyer doesn't hurt.
Acidic Slime could give you an option to deal with things like an opposing Maze of Ith. I think this may be the better option.
Mulldrifter nets you two cards for 3 mana.

Zealous Conscripts can steal anything for a turn, but if it's a particularly large creature, fling it at their face with Brion for maximum lolz.

Malignus instantly cuts an opponent's life total in half, or finishes off weaker players.

Mimic Vat generates the same big creature every turn for Brion fodder. The fact that it can improve what it's creating tokens of is incredibly powerful.

Adarkar Valkyrie and Gift of Immortality rescue creatures sacrificed to Brion for more fling action.

Grab the Reins is either an instant speed Act of Treason, Fling, or both in one card. The utility is what makes it powerful.

Molten Primordial and Conquering Manticore are two more cards that steal opponent's creatures for flinging.

Feldon of the Third Path generates tokens of giant dead creatures in your graveyard already sacrificed to Brion.

Archon of Justice is quite the removal in conjunction with instant-speed sacrifice.
