Personally I would make these swaps:

in:
+ Goblin Engineer
+ Unstable Obelisk
+ Bloody Betrayal
+ Commander's Sphere
+ Spark Double
+ Crowded Crypt
+ Letter of Acceptance
+ Izzet Locket
+ Rakdos Locket
+ Dimir Locket
+ Whisper, Blood Liturgist

out:
- Dreadmalkin
- Hobblefiend
- Ravenous Harpy
- Laurine, the Diversion
- Yahenni, Undying Partisan
- Angrath, the Flame-Chained
- Jace, Ingenious Mind-Mage
- Undercity Informer
- Thoughtpicker Witch
- Claws of Gix
- Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded

I second the idea of looking into a sacrifice-matters strategy. It's a good archetype for Rakdos that can be played on a low budget in casual settings. In my deck, Sacrifice in Flame, I make use of free sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder to get value out of sacrificing things, especially if those things are actually my opponent's creatures stolen via Act of Treason effects like Kari Zev's Expertise, Claim the Firstborn, or Bloody Betrayal. You can also sac for damage with Thud, Rite of Consumption, and other Flings, something that makes big cards with downside like Abyssal Persecutor, Desecration Demon, and Goldnight Castigator much better without needing a Harmless Offering or the like. As you can see, demons often take a starring role in such decks and from what you have here, it does look like you enjoy demons. The tribe isn't super well supported, but you could take a look at Raphael, Fiendish Savior or Liliana's Contract.

Instead of the Shambling Shell and Golgari Rotwurm, I think the deck could instead utilize some Body Dropper and Iron Apprentice, as well as bumping the Bloodbriar to 4. Ideally, the Mark of Mutiny can be replaced with another Act of Treason or a Bloody Betrayal for some kind of draw filtering, or perhaps another Lose Calm for stealing the opponent's strongest creatures for combat and sacrificing them before it wears off. Some Tentative Connection would be exceptionally useful alongside Body Dropper.

I'm very sure this is far too slow for modern, but I really like this as a casual deck. Seems very well built.

If this were my deck, I'd change some things:

Grim Haruspex is better than Morbid Opportunist. A third Yahenni seems important to actually draw enough of your finishers. If they are too expensive or you'd like another good creature that can draw cards in addition to dealing damage, Smothering Abomination mught be worth a look. Maybe include it instead of three of your sixteen sac fodder creatures. That number definitely seems too high.

Finally, two copies of Mob Rule in addition to three copies of both Claim the Firstborn and Bloody Betrayal. Seems overkill. You'd even sometimes have spare copies of the six Threaten effects, and against creature-light or creatureless decks, there are up to eight dead cards in your deck. Maybe consider some copies of Rise of the Dread Marn to give you additional fodder on a big turn? Also, Raise the Draugr could actually be quite useful. At worst, it just recurrs one creature, but it can also recurr both Yahenni and Immersturm predator for a mere mana.
