This is a first Try to make a Deck with Negan as a Commander. I am trying to let my Opponent(s) sac as many Creatures as possible and get a lot of Treasures. Blink and Flicker Effects are supposed to target Negan himself, to get as much mileage out of his etb-ability as possible and as a Reaction to Removal Spells. Constructive Criticism is Welcome.
