This is a disruptive dimir deck that attempts to use your opponent's protean hulk in order to combo off yourself or play the longer game and go for a consultation win.

If your opponent makes the mistake of playing flash hulk when you have lazav and a sacrifice outlet out you can turn lazav into your own protean hulk. After you've done this you can kill your own protean hulk in response to the triggered ability of your opponents hulk. You can kill your own lazav with either slaughter pact, snuff out (lazav isn't black anymore) or sacrifice it to high market, phyrexian tower or viscera seer.

Another way to turn your lazav into a protean hulk is to make them discard it with thought seize or divest. If you've looked at their hand and protean hulk wasnt in it you can also steal it from their deck with bribery.

Once you've had your own hulk die you can get thassa's oracle + spellseeker (get's demonic consultation) + blood pet. Or you can get cursecatcher as your last creature if you have spare mana to cast your consultation.

O what's that? Did i mention you can also simply go for the win all by yourself with just a good old trusted oracle + consultation combo because you can also just do that. What i think is good about the deck is that it doesn't really run any cards that are only good against hulk decks (except maybe the commander) but is still able to interact with it really well.
