Based on the the deck lists from Commander's Quarter, but added cards and tactics for my own personal flavor. As its name suggest, the deck is designed for one thing only: to win. Utilizing all the dirty tricks from infect to infinite mana combos. Unfortunately, I do not have the money to spend on this deck, so for now, this stays as a deck tech, but no IRL deck. For now.

Win-cons:

• Commander Damange
• Creature Damage
• Infect Counters
• Infinite combo mill out 2 opponents and kill the third with infect in best case scenario:

• Infinite combo also enables a ridiculous Genesis Wave

• Have access to infinite mana with Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle or Gyre Engineer combined with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura

• Have access to min 6 blue mana (preferably 7 or 8 to be able to cast Counterspell/Negate if needed) + Narset's Reversal + Stroke of Genius .
• Make infinite mana and cast Stroke of Genius. Then counter it with Narset's Reversal. Use the copy to draw all but 4 cards or so from your library; unless you are super unlucky, you will draw Blue Sun's Zenith.
• Using both Blue Sun's Zenith + Stroke of Genius mill out two opponents.
• With the rest of the hand, and depending on the blue mana available to you, either cyclonic rift the 4th player or use the infinite green mana to create some super creature with trample that can finish off the last opponent.
