The Cauldron of Eternity
Legendary Artifact
This spell costs less to cast for each creature card in your graveyard.
Whenever a creature you control would be put into your graveyard from the battlefield, put it on the bottom of its owner's library instead.
, , Pay 2 life: Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Activate this ability only at any time you could cast a sorcery.

Library of Leng will keep you from discarding your extra cards and combos with Putrid Imp. Discard your highest CMC card to the top of your library and keep hitting people for max damage every round.
Spark Double can copy Yuriko so you get 2 card draws for each ninja.
Pilgrim's Eye gives you a land ETB, has flying so you can usually attack with it, then recast for 3 mana after you Ninjitsu
The Cauldron of Eternity, Curse of the Cabal and Needlebite Trap have a high CMC but you can also cast them cheap

Suggest:
-
Murderous Rider a Plan B for The Cauldron of Eternity.
-
Syr Konrad, the Grim a Plan B for Blood Artist, Konrad can deal 3 damage each cycle of Grenzo infinite sac combo.
-
Fire Prophecy, Valakut Awakening Flip, Treasure Map Flip bottom synergy.

Ooh, wheel punishment fun. Here are some thoughts of varying budget levels:
- Memory Jar is a great wheel effect, and comboing with Sheoldred means 14 damage right off the bat. You could also think about Teferi's Puzzle Box, cheaper-price wise and is effectively a wheel every turn. (I use this to great effect in my Nekusar, the Mindrazer EDH.)
- Wound Reflection and/or Archfiend of Despair will multiply damage and life loss, and not just from Sheoldred. (Use them both for extra fun!)
- In terms of board wipes, The Meathook Massacre, Toxic Deluge, Damnation, and Oblivion Stone are all within color and all very brutal. Living Death is a bit of a strange boardwipe, but can be quite handy. Murderous Rider is also good for pinpoint removal with an upside., and Aether Snap might also be useful depending on your playgroup.
- Tutors are good things to get your stuff, but many that I would recommend (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, and Imperial Seal) are price-wise quite high. Diabolic Intent and Grim Tutor, however, are much less expensive, though, and recently reprinted, so maybe worth a thought.
- If reanimating is a thing you want to do, The Cauldron of Eternity is maybe worth a thought.
- Field of Ruin and Demolition Field are good pinpoint land removal tools that don't really cost you anything. (Because there are some lands that need to die.) You could also use Fabled Passage, Prismatic Vista, Evolving Wilds, and Terramorphic Expanse as other land fetches to also load up your graveyard for whatever shenanigans you plan (and for deck thinning).
- Snugglemuffin–er, Phyrexian Obliterator is great in any mono-black deck. Not only is it cute and adorable, but it's very hard to deal with.
- If you can have a reliable source of sacrificial victims (eg. Reassembling Skeleton or Bloodghast, for instance), Contamination is maybe worth a thought. Your opponents will "love" you forever when their lands only tap for one black mana at a time.

Interesting card. Nice that you can use it on opponents' turns, but 4 CMC and 2 mana + one less mana for following turns seems too expensive in my opinion. I feel like mana is a bit of a bottleneck in general, so I think it's quite the downside.
Since you play Syr Konrad, the Grim and Desecrated Tomb, maybe you wanna try The Cauldron of Eternity? I've only used it in my Sidisi deck but I'll experiment with it in the next weeks. Downside is it's only sorcery speed and long-term can be a bit annoying with shuffling cards into your deck. But playing it for 4 Mana seems realistic and the Death = Un-Death trigger conversion seems really cool in this deck.

Competitive Sliver EDH

In a less competitive play i use Reflections of Littjara, it's double fun. The Cauldron of Eternity does a lot of work in a slow game, eventualy combined with Pulmonic Sliver. It sets your top deck and makes your sliver's tutorable. The combo Psionic Sliver and Spiteful Sliver is a cheap option too.
Necrosis24 on Commanders You Defend?

I don't run Mairsil, the Pretender but I feel like we get a handful of cards with activated abilities that are worth using assuming we aren't going for peak efficiency and casual fun.
From DnD alone I would consider these depending on how I built the deck:
- Inferno of the Star Mounts
- The Book of Vile Darkness (Not sure about the rulings on this but I think it works)
- Wizard's Spellbook
- The Deck of Many Things
- Treasure Chest
Some other sets:
- Emry, Lurker of the Loch
- The Cauldron of Eternity
- Kaza, Roil Chaser
- Lithoform Engine
- Rootha, Mercurial Artist (Actually think this has good synergy to recast for the triggered ability)
But also just because a commander doesn't get new cards worth putting in doesn't mean it can't be fun. There are tons of fringe commanders that are fun building just because they lack support.
